Nursing Home Injury & Wrongful Death Lawyers – Representing Injured Clients and Families Since 1948

Has a Loved One Been Injured or Died as the Result of Nursing Home Abuse, Neglect, or Other Negligence?

We represent those injured, and the families who have lost a loved one, due to nursing home abuse, neglect, or negligence.  In our experience, these facilities put profits before resident welfare, leading to understaffing, injury, and death.

WE INVITE YOU TO CALL US  AT 1.888.565.8155 FOR A FREE CONSULTATION AND TO LEARN YOUR OPTIONS

We demand justice and full compensation for our clients. Holding negligent nursing homes accountable through the legal system is unfortunately the only way that they will change.

We serve clients throughout New York and in the surrounding states.  In addition to our Ithaca office, we have satellite offices or office arrangements in Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester, and other towns and cities.  We also have multiple video conferencing platform capabilities to interact with clients.  We believe that clients should not have to be inconvenienced through long drives to meet with their lawyers.

Full Service Representation Requires More – What Clients Should Expect

  • We make ourselves available when clients need us.  If we’re in court or otherwise not available when you call, we’ll return your call as soon as possible.
  • We offer contingent fee representation.  Unless otherwise agreed, there is no fee due for our representation – no matter how much time we spend – unless and until compensation is recovered through a settlement or court award.
  • We offer a free consultation so that you can learn whether you have a legal case.  We know that you will have questions about your case and the options available in seeking compensation.  When we learn about your case, we can let you know about the strength of your case and your options.
  • We advance costs on behalf of clients after a case is accepted.  Pursuing litigation can be costly, as there are court costs, deposition costs, expert fees, and many other expenses.  We believe that clients should not need to be concerned about paying these costs and expenses as their case progresses. We pay such costs and fees as a case progresses on behalf of our clients; these costs and fees will be subtracted from any settlement or jury award. You will not have any obligation to pay these costs and expenses of litigation unless there is money recovered by a lawsuit or settlement.
